WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a more dynamic practice and not easily accessible for everyone. You need to have some experience with yoga or have be at a good physical condition. Yoga for busy days, Restorative Yoga and Bodymind classes are easily accessible by people at any physical condition. Please let us know if you have any short of limitations. We try our best to adjust our courses and classes to everyones needs.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Yes, you can book a private class in the form of Yoga Therapy session. During the intake interview we go through your needs but also take into consideration your concerns, limitations, illness as well as lifestyle, mood, sleep patterns, breathing patterns, energy levels, other vital systems of the body and mind, physical, psychological and emotional needs, history and environment. This way we can work together in creating a personalized program only for you.

In yoga therapy, we work together with you. Our goal is not to cure but to empower the individual, to improve wellbeing, to help them manage any condition, and to gradually teach you how to apply these tools after the end of our sessions. In yoga therapy, we work pain-free.
