Wear clean and comfortable clothes to enjoy the practice to the maximum (lighter clothes, socks, a sweater)
Let us know if you are pregnant or have injuries before you start your course
Release all achievement thoughts and ambition. On the mat, you get to be who you are and meet yourself without demands.
If a posture does not feel well, it feels like you need to make an extra effort or hurts, take a break, possibly step out of position or tell your teacher.
Do you have a cold? Listen to your body and be careful with your heart so that it does not have to work too hard. If you have a cough, fever or have a stomach ache, it is better to stay at home. Pay attention to your mind. Excuses that we come up with can often be the reason why we should yoga.
