Movements, breathing exercises, guided meditations and relaxation techniques are just some of the tools we borrow from yoga to help individuals maintain health and well-being or manage ill health. We offer Yoga therapy in the form of individual sessions, online programs, teacher training and even corporate yoga. Once a year we also organize a 6 day Yoga Retreat in Greece. Our base is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we also have strong ties with Athens as Martina, founder of Yoga Therapy House, was born and raised in Greece.
